Inventory Control
The Inventory module is where costing, pricing, and raw materials management is established and maintained. Quantity information for every item keeps availability and ordering under tight control. Extensive item usage and sales information provides the feedback you need to make purchasing and stocking decisions. BENEFITS
FEATURES Supports Costing Methods Select from LIFO, FIFO, average, last, or manual costing methods with up to ten layers, including weighted costs maintenance. With manual costing, changes can be entered individually or as a percentage of the original cost. Fractional Costing and Quantities Maintain costs of up to five decimal places, and inventory quantities of up to four decimal places. Quantity Adjustments Easily adjust on-hand quantities, repackage items, or transfer between warehouses. The system automatically updates inventory quantities and accounts. Quantity Tracking Monitor the status of materials at all levels. Warehouse totals for on-hand, on-order, committed, and available quantities are tracked separately. Units of Measure Define all the units of measure you use to sell, buy, cost, stock, and price your items. They are automatically converted and calculated during entry in the Quoting & Estimating, Orders & Invoicing, Job Cost, and Purchase Order modules. Flexible Pricing Designate a standard price and six quantity or level price breaks. Change prices by percentage, percentage of cost, or dollar amount. Minimum/Maximum Stocking Set minimum and maximum stocking levels automatically by using past sales data, or enter your requirements for each item. Physical Inventory Capture on-hand quantities when you take inventory, and continue shipping and receiving while you count. Enter counts, run reports, and update inventory accounts quickly and easily. INTERFACES
