Command Central
The Command Central module consists of two components: a powerful Contact Manager program that enables you to keep track of customers, vendors, and prospects; and a group of Desktop Option that provides convenient office and work management utilities. BENEFITS
CONTACT MANAGER Just one menu selection provides access to many functions that can help streamline your activities and provide better service to your customers and other contacts. Convenient Inquiries Access Microshop’s most-used customer and vendor inquiries from a single screen, along with additional options that aren’t available anywhere else. Multiple Databases Your contacts, or accounts, are grouped into databases. You can set up as many as 99 databases, for example, for sales prospects, for company vehicles, and so on. Activity Tracking Record activity for specific database accounts; for example, sales calls, collection calls and responses, meetings. All information is available from one screen-no jumping from menu to menu. Extensive Remarks Enter remark lines for each account and each activity. Convenient Word Processing Link If you have WordPerfect installed on the same system as your Microshop software, you can open a WordPerfect document directly from Contact Manager. DESKTOP OPTIONS Each user has access to the following utilities grouped under a Desktop Options Menu or from a pop-up window available practically anywhere in Microshop. Appointment Planner Schedule appointments and activities and display them by day, week, or month. Automatically update your account database with scheduled events. Electronic Message System Eliminate paper messages and memos with internal phone messages and electronic mail. Personal Notebook and Phone Book Enter free-form text for notes, reminders, or anything you want. Enter a personal address and phone list for quick on-screen look-ups. Electronic Sign-Out Board Sign in and out of the office. Quickly display a list of all employee’s who’ve signed out. INTERFACES
